Create a ArvChunkParser object, to be used for chunk data extraction from ArvBuffer.

Return value

Returns: ArvChunkParser
 

A new ArvChunkParser object, NULL on error.
 The caller of the method takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
